On my sewing table: skirt

Cotton sateen on clearance from Spotlight.
Burdastyle magazine borrowed from the library.
Instructions that challenge my thinking.

What are you working on at the moment?

  1. I love polka dots! Can't wait to see the skirt. I just finished a skirt, too...hopefully will get a post up soon. Maybe some kids' clothes after that.

    1. Polka dots are so fun but I don't think I even have anything with them in my wardrobe. Hopefully soon! You're due for a show and tell post so come on girl! :)

  2. The cotton sateen will make into a great skirt - good luck with all that tracing! Me, I'm jumping between a shirt for my son, finishing off a skirt for myself, and stalking ideas for my next dress -oh, and attempting to finish off a pair of knitted fingerless gloves...

    1. haha, I know, that Burda pattern sheet looks daunting but I'm actually finding it pretty straight forward. The skirt only had three pattern pieces to trace so that was quick. Hope to see your finished projects soon. :)

  4. The polka dots fabric is soooo cute! Now, I´m not working, but I´m going to begin with the Colette´s Juniper. I bought the pattern a couple of months ago, so I have to start sewing!
